All personalized items will be ready to ship in approximately 2-4 weeks. Please allow 1 week for shipping, with a total TAT of 3-5 weeks. Everything is stitched by hand and I'm a one mama shop! Thanks for your patience.

If there is an item you have in mind that I don't have listed on my website (or something you saw on my Instagram), use the contact page to discuss a custom order. In general, I am going to ask you to go through the "Send-In Service" listing in order to purchase a custom order; meaning you will be responsible for buying/shipping me your item using our send-in service. I will work hard to bring your vision to life!

Yes! Choose pick up when you check out to avoid shipping fees. I will contact you with pickup information when your item is ready.

I recommend all sweaters are worn with a onesie/t-shirt underneath and are removed during messy activities to reduce the frequency of washing. Items can be turned inside out and hand-washed or washed on a delicate cycle using cold water, then hung or laid flat to dry. Do not wash hand embroidered items with anything that may snag the stitching like velcro and zippers. A garment bag may be used for washing in order to preserve the design.

Use caution when playing outside or around animals, as the yarn may snag. I am not responsible for damaged sweaters due to improper care.
